Public registries and product details change. A clear report with an official source gives us what we need to check the record and update it responsibly.

What to include
- The dataset name and page URL.
- The record identifier, such as an A-number, port number or operator name.
- The field and current value that need attention.
- The expected value and a link to the responsible organization's current page or document.
- A short note explaining any regional or date-specific context.
What happens after a report
We compare the report with the cited source and the dataset's existing sources. A confirmed change goes through validation and revision review before publication. Reports without enough evidence may remain open until an authoritative reference is available.
Suggest a dataset
Dataset suggestions are welcome when the information has lasting lookup value and a dependable source. Include the expected fields, the official source and a few example searches that the page should answer.
Contact the provider for personal service issues
We cannot change a bank account, mobile connection, device warranty, subscription or government record. Contact the organization responsible for that service. Do not email us personal documents or account credentials.
