Terms of Use
The conditions that apply when you browse, search, download or reuse material from TechRounder Data.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms apply to TechRounder Data at data.techrounder.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the source terms attached to the information you reuse.
Using the website
You may browse, search and download published datasets for personal, educational, research and business reference. Automated access must respect published API limits and must not disrupt the service or prevent others from using it.
Data ownership and source licenses
Many records come from public registries, standards bodies, manufacturers and service providers. Those publishers may retain rights in their material and may set their own reuse conditions. TechRounder's page design, code, explanations and original organization are protected by applicable intellectual property law. A CSV or JSON download does not remove the source's license or attribution requirements.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls or security measures.
- Do not overload the site with excessive automated requests.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware or carry out unlawful activity.
- Do not present TechRounder Data as the official publisher of a third-party registry.
- Do not remove source notices or misrepresent a verification date.
Accuracy and availability
We check datasets against the sources shown on each page, but registries and product information can change. The site and its downloads are provided without a guarantee that every value will remain current, complete or suitable for a particular decision. Access may be limited or interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
External websites
Links to external sources are provided for verification and context. TechRounder does not control those websites, their availability or their terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, TechRounder is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on a record, loss of access or use of an external source. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
The terms may be revised when the service, its data access options or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
